Tax Preparation: Individual | Business | Estate

1.  DROP OFF:  Drop off your information at our office located at 800 Watterson Curve, Suite 206.  Outside office hours, drop information into the mail drop in the office door (Suite 206.)  If the office building is closed, leave information (smaller packages only) in the outside "Simply Done" locked mail box at the second floor entrance.  Please list your phone number and email address.

2.  UPLOAD:  Upload to our secure portal here.  Sign in, use the guest exchange or request an invitation via email.  Your tax return can be viewed on the portal when completed.

3.  MAIL:  Mail information to Simply Done

                                               800 Watterson Curve, Ste 206

                                               Trussville, AL 35173

4.  APPOINTMENT:  We are unable to offer "in-office" appointments at this time.  However, "car" appointments are available.  Make an appointment to bring in your tax information.  Wait in your car while your tax return is prepared, talking on the phone with us if necessary.   Some clients drive in from outside the Birmingham/Trussville area and need to make only one trip.

Appointments are also available via Facetime, Zoom or Google Meet.

Email is not secure and therefore not recommended for exchanging sensitive information.

Lynn will contact you when needed.  If you have questions, leave a note in your tax information, or use the portal, email or the telephone to ask your questions.

Appointments are available via Facetime, Zoom and Google Meet.

1.  PORTAL.  Access our secure portal here.  Your completed tax return can be posted on our secure portal.  This gives you the opportunity to review and ask questions before finalizing your returns.  In addition, signature pages can be printed from the portal, signed and uploaded to the portal.  By request, signature pages can be e-signed from the portal.  Invoices can be paid on the portal as well.  Final tax returns can be printed from the portal, picked up at our office or mailed to you.

2.  PICK UP.  Sign your e-file authorization and pick up your completed tax return in the office:  You will be contacted when your tax return is ready for pick-up.  Our office is located at 800 Watterson Curve, Suite 206.

Payment is expected when tax return preparation is completed.  Check, cash, Venmo or credit card is accepted.
